4th and 5th Floors, 6 Broad Street Place, London EC2

Acting on behalf of Betex group, Daniel Watney have assigned their leasehold interests in the 4th and 5th floors, 6 Broad Street Place, London EC2.  

The lease of the 4th floor was assigned to Panduit Europe Ltd, represented by DTZ and the 5th floor to Wilmington trust, represented by John D Wood.

Both leases were for a term expiring July 2016 and in both cases a premium was paid by to our client by the assignee.
